1. What is bagasse food packaging made from?

Bagasse food packaging is made from sugarcane fiber, a renewable byproduct left after extracting juice from sugarcane stalks. It is biodegradable, compostable, and suitable for sustainable foodservice needs.

2. Are all your bagasse products compostable?

Yes, all of our bagasse products are 100% compostable under commercial composting conditions, complying with standards such as EN13432 and ASTM D6400.

3. What types of bagasse packaging do you offer?

We offer a full range of bagasse packaging, including clamshells, plates, bowls, trays, boxes, cups with lids, and cutlery – designed for food delivery, takeout, catering, and institutional use.

4. Are bagasse containers safe for hot and cold foods?

Absolutely. Bagasse containers are heat-resistant and leak-resistant, making them suitable for hot, oily, or cold foods without compromising structure or performance.

5. Can I customize the packaging with my brand or logo?

Yes, we offer OEM/ODM customization services, including embossing, private label printing, and tailored shapes or sizes to suit your brand needs.

6. Do you offer brown and white color options?

Yes, our bagasse products are available in two color options: Natural Brown and White. Both are made without bleaching agents that affect compostability.

 

7. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 200 cartons (approx. 20,000 pcs). However, for in-stock items, the MOQ can be negotiated depending on the product and destination.

 

8. How long is the production and shipping lead time?

Production typically takes 7–15 days depending on customization. For sea shipping, the total delivery time ranges from 25–45 days based on your location.
